Job Description
Role Summary
This role will focus on the relationship of Talabat with its 3rd party logistics partners. The key task is to maintain and build a strong relationship with all partners and supervise their logistics operations. You should be involved in best practice sharing, data exchange, and oversight to elevate the performance of the riders. You should also be able to generate performance reports and report them to the logistics operations manager.

Build, maintain & own strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country

Build a trusting relationship that allows the exchange of information and best practices

Ensure sufficient data is shared to allow for educated directions & improvements in performance
-
Generating reports related to fleet performance, fleet compliance, and site visit results
-
Monitoring 3PL performance through on-site visits
-
Able to manage multiple projects and work under strict deadlines
-
Able to build a comprehensive database for 3PL partners and rider
-
Create procedures for 3PLs to improve rider performance
-
Ensure rider safety & well-being are top priorities for 3PLs and solid measures and tools are in place

Be the voice of the 3PLs to Talabat: Listen to the challenges and find solutions with the internal team

Ensure 3PL compliance to Talabat rules to increase rider loyalty
Qualifications
What Did We Order?

You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Management Information Systems, or Project Management
-
Preferably you gained 3+ years of work experience in logistics firms, high growth startups, tech companies, consulting or IB
-
Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and data management skills
-
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
-
You are a doer and a free thinker. You accept and adapt constantly to change
-
Willing to question the status quo when needed
-
Team player. We are looking for someone who fits the team and the company culture
