Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our talented design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating responsive UI mock-ups, design systems, adhering to brand guidelines, and developing UX flows and journey mappings for various personas. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop UX flows and journey mappings for various personas to enhance user engagement.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop visually engaging graphics, branding materials, and marketing collateral.
• Design social media creatives, email campaigns, presentations, and animations as needed.
• Collaborate with product teams to align design with project goals and timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and After Effects)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a range of skills.
• Experience in creating social media creatives, email layouts, presentations, and animations is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
