You will join the Apparel division and be employed in Ardooie. This division specializes in high-quality protective clothing for a wide range of target groups.

Job description
  • Managing packaging tenders (labels, hangtags, etc.), distributing, labeling, and registering incoming shipments, as well as managing outgoing shipments (preparing proforma invoices and sending them to DHL contacts).
  • Submitting or performing cutting orders, arranging the production, tracking, and shipping of test samples, and filling in custom administration forms.
  • Reviewing inventory in SAP to prepare for shipments and samples, and creating purchase orders in SAP.
  • Maintaining data in Excel, including information about fabrics and samples.
  • Gathering materials for projects and shipping them to various branches (such as trimmings and fabrics).
  • Managing showroom mannequins, regularly updating them with new models, and assisting at trade shows.
  • Photographing samples and managing sample stock.

Profile
  • You are administratively precise, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • You are communicative, assertive, an organizational talent, and results-oriented.
  • You work methodically and respect deadlines.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
