Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a work-linked (alternance) Master’s degree in Management & Digital Transformation in an Educational Establishment located in Belgium.
Language requirement: You speak English and French.

• Ability to work in a matrix organization; multi-cultural awareness is an asset
  
• Planning & Organizational skills & able to work on own initiative.

Work arrangements: Hybrid
Requisite: You are currently following a work-linked (alternance) training course at a Belgian educational establishment. The apprenticeship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

What will you do?

• Support Project management of SC transformation journey for supply in GSK. SC transformation comprehends
  
  • Roll-out of a new planning system word-wide impacting the different planning organisations & all production sites over the next 2 years
    
  • Implementation of several AI enabled tools
    
  • Capability build for the Supply Chain Organisation
    

• Support the organisation & practical implementation of each Supply Go Live (9 implementation waves over the coming 2 years) with sites and the planning organisation. You will specifically focus on the GSK Vaccines organisation.
  
• Support the implementation of the smart parameters programme. The smart parameter programme encompasses different AI oriented solutions (such as safety stock & leadtime AI, Risk AI planning (digital twin), ….
  
• Through this programme you will acquire project management skills related to a company-wide programme implementation
  
• You will be able to use & see the impact of AI based applications on the GSK business environment
  
• You will acquire communication and influencing skills through your interactions with the different planning teams, sites and other stakeholders
