We are a dynamic team of 75 friendly tech professionals in Belgium supported by a network of over 2000 Solitans working in the Nordics and Central Europe. Solita serves the needs of companies’ digitisation on a large scale in areas such as software development, cloud and integration services, data analytics, service design and consulting. What We Look For:
- Analytical Mindset: You have experience analyzing business processes, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with business analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You can break down complex problems and propose solutions that drive business value.
- Strong Communication: Ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in understanding business requirements and validating data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role (internship experience counts!).
- Experience working on business process improvements and creating reports or dashboards.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Dutch or French fluent proficiency
