We are a vibrant team of 75 skilled tech professionals in Belgium, backed by a robust network of over 1500 Solitans across the Nordics and Central Europe. Solita drives large-scale digital transformations in software development, cloud and integration services, data analytics, service design, and consulting. What we look for:

Machine Learning Expertise: Proficiency in designing and implementing machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Python or R, along with experience in machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Scikit-Learn.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, understand data patterns, and implement AI solutions that drive business impact.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative approach to solving complex challenges and refining algorithms to improve performance.
Strong Communication: Capacity to translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
Fluency in English, and French or Dutch
