Business Analyst - Payments (Perm/Freelance)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Payments team. The Business Analyst would play a key role in the development of payment solutions in global markets, working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and optimize processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product owners, operations, and technical teams to ensure payments solutions are developed to meet business needs.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all teams.
- Conduct gap analysis, manage testing phases, and troubleshoot defects to ensure smooth implementation.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track actions for project stakeholders.
- At least 3 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within payments, treasury, or finance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, treasury, or a related field, or equivalent experience in payments.
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in conceptual modeling techniques and MS Office, with a solid understanding of IS and testing is a plus.
- A structured approach to problem-solving with attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and workflow processes is an asset.
