Function

The Business Application Support has the mission to:

• ERP management:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including user creation, security settings and system configurations.
  • Manage security roles and ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Provide technical support for (IFS/AX) and ensure smooth operation of ERP systems.
  • Test and validate new applications and systems before deployment to ensure they meet business requirements.

• Software Management:
  • Oversee the entire software inventory, ensuring that all software is properly documented and up to date.
  • Coordinate interactions between the business and suppliers of business tools (Jira, Solid Works, Catia, Access Control, etc.).
  • Monitor licenses and manage technical maintenance agreements (TMA).

• Report Management:
  • Analyze business needs and develop scripts and user interfaces to meet reporting requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance, both evolutionary and corrective.
  • Train users in the use of reporting tools and interfaces.

• Training and Documentation Management:
  • Create and update comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
  • Manage the migration portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Profile

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in ERP management in an industrial environment, including production, warehouse management (WMS) and logistics.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops practices.
• Knowledge of change request management processes and Lean methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Git, Power App, Backup DB, Power Automate/Power Shell, GED/DMS, API/ESB.
• Familiarity with Zebra devices for guns and label printers.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and time Xtender.
• Experience with ERP/CRM software (ideally IFS).
• Knowledge of network management, development and database systems (Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle).

Professional Skills

• Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
• Ability to perform functional and technical analyses with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience in KPI development and monitoring, and user training.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing tools.
