We’re looking for a talented Change Manager to join our Advisory department as part of our Pro ducts & Technology team .

Your impact:

As a Change Manager you will play a key role in making a success of the projects and delivering the expected business outcome. The projects range from technology or process changes to setting up a new or adapted organization.
Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption while minimising resistance. This role focuses on the change projects within Pw C.

As a change manager, you’ll make an impact by:

• Integrating a multidisciplinary project team to achieve a common goal;
  
• Challenging the alignment of the projects with business ambitions; challenge the expected outcome from a people and user perspective
  
• Assessing change readiness and conduct impact analysis to evaluate the scope of the change from a ‘people’ perspective and adequately size the change strategy;
  
• Defining a customised change plan, by using a structured methodology, and set up clear change management activities to reach the set objectives and realise the adoption
  
• Identifying and support the key stakeholders/sponsors along the change journey; define their change appetite and set up actions to increase their buy-in
  
• Managing internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong business relationships;
  
• Setting up the appropriate and impactful communication plan, including messages and choice of channels
  
• Supporting training efforts (Support the design and delivery of training programs);
  
• Demonstrating autonomy, initiative, rigour and involvement;
  
• Identifying issues as they arise and facilitate problem solving
  

About you:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Change Management;
  
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Dutch or French;
  
• Experience in and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
  
• Executive coaching skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;
  
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal;
  
• Business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
  
• Knowledge on how to integrate Gen AI in your daily work
