Job Description:
- De tevredenheid van onze klanten optimaliseren door het opnemen van contact via verschillende kanalen (telefoon, mail, brief, sociale media …);
- Onze klanten ondersteunen bij hun Wonder-ervaring;
- De backoffice van onze klantendienst beheren;
- Onze klantengegevens aanvullen bij elk contact en elk behandeld onderwerp;
- De oplossingen op allerlei vragen van onze klanten (hulp bij de reservatie, klacht …) opvolgen;
- Dagelijks feedback geven aan jouw leidinggevende.
Your Profile:
- Je beschikt over minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs, met bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in customer service.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig (kennis van Engels, Frans is belangrijk).
- Je bent taalvaardig: schriftelijk en mondeling.
- Je bent vertrouwd met klantencommunicatie.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, georganiseerd, ondernemend en polyvalent.
- Je bent stressbestendig.
- Je kan goed werken met computer- en CRM programma’s.
