As a Digital Communication Officer at Equans Belux (Brussels), you will play a key role in managing our digital presence and supporting various strategic initiatives.

• coordinate with various communication streams (corporate, projects, press, employer branding, marketing) to produce high-quality content aligned with our strategy
• manage the daily community interactions on social media and oversee the publication of posts and campaigns
• provide insights and advice to maximize the potential of our social media channels
• monitor and publish content on our websites
• assist the Digital Communication Manager with reporting and support other projects with a digital component

• you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in digital communication or marketing
• you have at least 3 years of proven experience in content production and social media management
• you are proficient with tools like Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and experienced with tracking technologies (GA4, GTM, Matomo)
• you’re skilled in website management, CMS systems, and have experience working in a B2B context (a plus)
• you’re organized, able to juggle multiple projects, and have a hands-on, creative, and positive approach
• you’re trilingual in Dutch, French, and English, and enjoy working in a team
