Job Description
Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in marketing, employer branding, and talent acquisition within a global network of companies?
In a nutshell: The Eurofins network is looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Communications Intern to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. In this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing Eurofins' presence on campus and strengthening our brand.
As a Digital Communications Intern, you will:
Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok and Linked In) to attract and engage with potential candidates.
Manage the intern community at the office by organising and attending monthly events.
Develop marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and promotional items.
Conduct market research to identify trends in campus recruitment and employer branding.
Drive employer branding initiatives by sharing employee testimonials and stories.
Track and analyse the effectiveness of campus marketing and employer branding efforts.
Contribute to the organisation of campus events and careers fairs to promote the Eurofins network as an employer of choice.

Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
Does your profile combine creative skills and a proactive approach?
Background and education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Languages: English proficiency is a must as it will be your main language of communication. Other languages will be highly appreciated.
Technical knowledge (IT): Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
This internship is full-time and compensated, based in Brussels, Belgium. It should last for six months, flexible start date – February 2025. To be eligible, you need to have an internship agreement from your university.
