We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst Finance to support our operations team, based in Belgium.

• As ERP Business Analyst finance, you will be the go-to person and SPOC for all questions and matters related to our ERP system.
• You will provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to our Finance teams in Belgium and across Europe.
• You will be responsible to provide business and process support to our teams.
• You will act as a real business partner and understand the needs and wants from within the finance organization. You will align the competence centres activities with the strategic goals of BESIX.
• You will act as an ERP finance ambassador within our organization.

Functie-eisen

• You have affinity/expertise in finance in a project execution, preferably in the construction industry;
• You think process
• You are a team player, as part of the business support competence centre, you deliver integrated support with your colleagues
• You have an affinity for IT and business application.
• A first experience or knowledge of 4PS, or the Microsoft Navision of Microsoft Business Central applications would be an asset, but is not required;
• You have strong interest in project management and project costing;
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• You are fluent in Dutch or French (oral and written) and you have a good working experience in English (oral and written);
• You are willing to work from our Brussels HQ with some occasional travelling towards our Belgian and European or even international sites;
