• You will collaborate with the Head of FP&A on all financial cycles for both F&B Retail and Wholesale. You will ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintaining direct contact with departments involved in F&B activities.
• You will oversee the forecasting and monitoring of Advertising & Promotion costs, Boutique Expenses, Corporate, PR, and Training costs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and sharing them with department heads.
• You will analyze Retail turnover per Point of Sale and Wholesale sell-in and sell-out data by country and retailer, investigating potential variations from forecasts. Additionally, you will report F&B turnover data to Europe in collaboration with the Sales team.
• You will support the preparation of budget, strategic, and ad-hoc presentations for Top Management alongside the Head of FP&A and the CFO. You will also perform analysis per distribution network and per client.

• In collaboration with departments and the accounting team, you will manage all financial closing cycles with a focus on both F&B Retail and Wholesale, ensuring financial data accuracy.
• You will analyse variances between forecasts and actual expenses, providing insights to department heads to aid in decision-making.
• Working with the Head of FP&A, you will calculate and integrate provisions for year-end rebates, returns, and other business needs, in addition to coordinating with accounting for internal and external audits.

• You will serve as a business partner to the Retail teams on finance and stock operation topics. This includes planning and leading annual stock counting operations and liaising on European Retail Procedures to ensure compliance.
• You will participate in the construction of Capital Expenditure Requests (CAPEX) for projects involving the opening, relocation, or renovation of owned Points of Sales.
• You will contribute to automation and simplification internal projects (SMG&A Dashboard, "Finance of the Future") in collaboration with the FP&A team.

• 4-5 years of experience in Controlling, Audit, Financial, or IT projects.
• A master’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• A proactive and dynamic mindset with a spirit of continuous improvement.
• Strong business understanding and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in information systems, especially MS-Office and Excel, and curiosity about new IT technologies (Power BI, Power Query).
