Watches & Fine jewelry support Intern Benelux

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Reports to: WFJ Manager of the Benelux

Start date: April/May 2025

Contract type: fixed term Internship agreement

Duration: minimum 6 months

Your Role @ Chanel:

You will be working within the local Watch & Fine Jewelry Department and have a close relation with Paris Europe. Your mission will be to provide an operational support to the team.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

Following launch Visual Merchandising, tools, boutique events in the retail + wholesale
Collaborate with VM, Commercial, CRM and Digital teams,
Assist the High-End business team implementing the Client Treatment strategy and supporting the Events organization (client selection, invitation, schedule for private viewing…)
Track and analyze competition regarding products, pricing and client services
In collaboration with the training + country manager, participate to animate the Retail community in Fashion boutiques and Watches and Fine Jewelry division.
Development + follow up of digital activities in the wholesale for each customer.
Collaboration with the manager to elaborate de business 2025
Contact with wholesale customer

What you will bring to the team:

You currently following a business degree in Marketing
You have Previous internship experience in a marketing position
You have a strong interest for fashion and the luxury industry
You are pro-active and dynamic with a “can do” mindset
You have the ability to multitask
You are flexible and agile
English and French are mandatory, Dutch is a plus
