We are looking for a hands-on professional with a passion for service and retail, who enjoys coaching teams to get the best out of themselves. Supporting the comfort crews working in our restrooms on a daily basis energizes you. You communicate easily at every level and know how to build good relationships with our key accounts to successfully implement and operate the ONE HUNDRED brand. You know retail is detail like no other and you quickly see what can be improved.

This is what you'll contribute to ONE HUNDRED:
As a field coach, you will proactively help build the ONE HUNDRED brand with your colleagues and safeguard the concept at our locations in Belgium and Northern France. You will also be available to support your international colleagues. Additionally, you will contribute to projects in the field of retail operations in all countries where we operate, including the Netherlands. Your focus will be on:

• Critically checking the high hygiene standards at our locations;
• Coaching and motivating the comfort crew (colleagues at our locations);
• Suggesting improvements for efficient processes;
• Reporting malfunctions through the ONE HUNDRED system;
• Providing first-line support for issues at our locations;
• Customer service;
• Ensuring consistency in the look & feel of the ONE HUNDRED concept;
• Maintaining contacts with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.

This is you

• Secondary education or higher education (e.g., in commerce, retail, facility management, or hospitality);
• Experience with customer contact and managing teams of employees;
• French-speaking with good command of English. Dutch is a plus;
• In possession of a category B driver’s license;
• Reliable and punctual;
• Organized and capable of creating structure;
• Flexible, weekend availability.
• Problem-solving skills and able to handle stress;
• Eye for detail;
• Ambitious: willing to invest in yourself;
• All-rounder: interest in operations, marketing, and technology;
• A work and residency permit for the EU.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: €3.000,00 - €3.500,00 per month
