The purpose of this job is to further develop and analyze the P&L movements for TUI Airlines Belgium, TUI Airlines Netherlands, and Tec4Jets within the context of E&M financial reporting and data analysis. This role is responsible for performing detailed analyses to ensure accurate financial reporting, support budget processes, and maintain strong financial controls to contribute to the achievement of the organization’s targets.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Further develop analytics of the P&L movements for the three entities – TUI Airlines Belgium, TUI Airlines Netherlands & Tec4Jets
  
• For the airlines: perform a flash investigation/check, once the reports are completed. As well as deep dive into operational data behind MX reserves, Supply chain, DOC Costs and support the management information provision for the consolidated Finance E&M reporting pack.
  
• Enhance T4J P&L analysis and business packs to improve the identification and assessment of potential risks.
  
• Assist in the budget process (spring period ) with meaningful analysis and investigation of the existing trends
  
• Be responsible for an accurate and timely deliveries on the MX reserves, C-check and intra WR recharges.
  
• Maintain a strong controls framework including timely reconciliation of the calculated results with the commentaries.
  
• Ensure reconciliation between local reporting and group reporting
  

ABOUT YOU

• Interest in the aviation sector
• Proactive attitude in day-to-day tasks and for improving processes.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, including advanced functions.
• Proficiency with Power Point and MS Teams.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work with central teams and communicate effectively via virtual platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
• Ability to work under time pressure during month-end financial closure.
• Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of main accounting principles.
• English language proficiency suitable for a professional work environment.
• Be flexible and able to swiftly adapt
• Willing to travel abroad
