Your challenge

• Consolidating the monthly financial data in Lucanet, our conso and reporting tool, including coordinating with the internal EU and US accounting teams.
• Coordinating and verifying the monthly financial closing process of OMP Brazil and OMP India in collaboration with the local accounting/tax company and local OMP team.
• Solving issues involving accounting and financial reporting.
• Coordinating with auditors and providing full support for audits, together with the accounting teams.
• Creating financial reports in Lucanet and Excel and providing commentary on the figures.
• Composing budget, quarterly forecasts, and multiyear plans together with the controller.
• Performing variance analysis of actuals versus budget, forecast, or prior year.
• Meeting with budget owners to discuss variances and using this information for forecast updates.
• Understanding the business to develop relevant KPIs, working closely with different departments.
• Composing and updating KPI reports regularly.
• Providing ad hoc financial expertise as required.
