Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Operations: Manage Akkodis's fleet operations, including tracking and reporting on vehicle usage for maximum efficiency.
- Driver Management: Schedule and oversee drivers to fulfill all transportation needs, using forecasting and analysis of organizational trends.
- Maintenance Standards: Implement best practices to maintain Akkodis's vehicles in top condition.
- Strategy Implementation: Assist in rolling out Akkodis's fleet strategy and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Vehicle Provisioning: Coordinate the provisioning and reception of vehicles, managing check-ins and check-outs seamlessly.
- Vehicle Condition: Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they are clean and properly maintained.
- Maintenance Coordination: Organize maintenance and repair schedules, working closely with service providers.
- Lease Management: Manage vehicle returns at lease end and arrange occasional short-term rentals.
- Fuel Management: Oversee the management of fuel cards, including ordering and collection.
- Collaboration: Work with HR to organize employee arrivals and departures, providing monthly reports on changes.
- Invoice Management: Collaborate with the accounting team to approve fleet-related invoices.
- Supplier Management: Maintain active relationships with fleet suppliers, ensuring all tasks are completed.
- Customer-Oriented: Focused on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and suppliers.
- Autonomous and Detail-Oriented: Capable of working independently while managing details with precision.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
- Prioritization: Able to prioritize tasks effectively to handle multiple responsibilities.
