Freelance Payroll Specialist

Our client is active in the energy sector.YOUR ROLE
- You ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for white-collar employees in Belgium.
- You support employees by addressing social law and payroll-related queries via a ticketing system.
- You manage contract administration for new hires.
- You assist with various HR and payroll-related requests as needed.
- You will work with Partena and Workday.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have proven experience in payroll.
- You possess strong knowledge in Belgian social and labor legislation.
- You have an eye for detail and are well-organized.
- You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 3, 4 or 5 days per week and remote
- Location: East of Brussels
