As our HR Partner, you’ll be at the center of our HR operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth recruitment, candidate involvement, and organizing learning initiatives. Your contributions will expand our network and bring fresh ideas.

Balance HR specializes in HR interim management services. We connect HR leaders with skilled interim managers for temporary HR missions like key replacements, peak periods, or projects. In addition, we develop the HR professionals we work with to help them grow and thrive.

YOUR MISSION

• 
  Recruitment and selection: Managing the full recruitment cycle from A to Z, including selecting freelance HR consultants for ongoing assignments and conducting intake interviews, to assess skills and future potential.
• Learning events: Organizing workshops and learning sessions that bring the HR community together and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong connections with HR professionals and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Innovation projects: Working with the Managing Partner and the team on projects that shape the company's future, improve the way we work, and contribute to our social impact.

• Ideally, have some experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
  
• Are good at building and maintaining relationships.
• Are proactive and enjoy taking initiative.
• Show resilience, grit, and a positive attitude.
• Value integrity and teamwork.
• Are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
