• Developing and implementing strategic plans for our partnerships.
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve their objectives and to make them grow personally.
• Analysing market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing partners and recruiting new ones.
• Actively participating in the strategy for our Retail & Partnerships department.

• You have good language skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• You hold a bachelor's degree and several years of experience as a commercial manager.
• You are naturally passionate about the automotive industry and like to stay informed about the latest trends and movements in the market.
• You are diplomatic, entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and accurate in your administrative tasks.
• You are a born leader who easily motivates people and has the ambition to help people become the best version of themselves.
