Your role

As our new Sales Manager Partnerships & Private Lease, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partnerships channel within Ayvens Belgium. You will work closely with OEMs, dealers, and brokers to optimize our indirect sales model and achieve growth. You will lead a team of 5 direct reports, including internal sales, external sales, digital sales, business development, automotive consultancy, and coordinate a total team of 20 sales professionals. In your role, you’ll report to the Commercial Director Retail & Partnerships.

A more concrete view on your challenges?

Developing and implementing strategic plans for our partnerships.
Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve their objectives and to make them grow personally.
Analysing market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing partners and recruiting new ones.
Actively participating in the strategy for our Retail & Partnerships department.

Your profile

We are looking for a communicative and results-oriented leader with a passion for the automotive sector who can easily tick off the boxes below:

You have good language skills in Dutch, French, and English.
You hold a bachelor's degree and several years of experience as a commercial manager.
You are naturally passionate about the automotive industry and like to stay informed about the latest trends and movements in the market.
You are diplomatic, entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and accurate in your administrative tasks.
You are a born leader who easily motivates people and has the ambition to help people become the best version of themselves.
