Keystone Solutions, a leading consultancy and technology solutions provider based in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will work on client projects, understanding and analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional requirements for bespoke software solutions. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent growth opportunities and a competitive salary package.

- Collaborate with client business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify client needs.
- Define functional requirements for software solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions tailored to business needs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing client systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions to client business problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience with business process modeling, workflow mapping, and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
