Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a dynamic consultancy capacity. In this role, youll be working on-site with a major public transport client, focusing on advancing IT solutions to support the future of Belgiums railway system. This role combines the best of both worlds: working directly with a key client to shape their IT landscape, while receiving Keystones full backing in terms of professional development, resources, and support.
As a Keystone Project Manager, you will lead IT project delivery across the clients Commercial Channels and Products domain, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring projects align with the clients strategic goals. Your work will involve close collaboration with the clients business area leads, stakeholders, and technical teams, making this an ideal opportunity to leverage and expand your project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project delivery for the client, defining scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Develop project plans, KPI measurements, and associated communication materials in line with client standards.
- Manage project budgets, recommend budget adjustments as needed, and ensure projects remain within financial and quality targets.
- Proactively communicate project expectations with stakeholders, client leadership, and team members to ensure clear alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the client and IT teams to diagnose risks and develop mitigation plans, updating stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate steering committee (Steerco) meetings, produce and present project documentation for diverse audiences.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the public transport sector or related industries.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English to facilitate communication in multilingual environments.
- Strong background in IT project management with a familiarity in e-commerce solutions as an asset.
- Certifications in project methodologies, such as PM², PMBOK, Prince2, and/or ITIL.
- Agile delivery knowledge, including SAFe principles, considered advantageous.
- Expertise in managing complex projects with a clear can-do attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a focus on results.
