Our project management needs are growing, and we are now looking to add a new Project Manager into our team!

We are focused on fast change and impactful technologies making the change possible. We employ 2000 top-notch tech professionals across the Nordics and West Europe, of which more than 75 in Belgium and 20+ in Germany.

As the Belgian market is a cornerstone of our growth strategy in West Europe, we are strengthening our Belgian team with new colleagues. You will be working in our Leuven or Ghent offices (Hybrid of course) where everything is in place to make your working day meaningful: coffee chats, office dogs, and apéro with colleagues at the end of the day.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead projects focused on i Paa S, Io T, API solutions, as well as on leveraging data and AI to drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for enterprise design. They will be a key enabler in helping our customers create true and lasting impact while ensuring high customer value and will play a crucial role in helping to develop a modern data architecture.

What you will do:

Lead and manage a portfolio of projects related to i Paa S, Io T, API implementations, and data/AI solutions.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to align project outcomes with organizational goals and customer needs.

Identify opportunities to create additional value from data and AI, enhancing project deliverables and client satisfaction.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic thinking within project teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, promoting professional development and a collaborative work environment.

Apply enterprise design principles to create scalable and sustainable solutions that maximize the impact of data and AI initiatives.

Monitor project progress, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Facilitate value-identification workshops

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology projects, particularly in i Paa S, Io T, API, and data management.

Strong understanding of enterprise design and its role in maximizing project and customer value.

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on leveraging data for decision-making.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, Scrum) are a plus.

Experience with data mesh implementations and principles is a significant asset.

A passion for technology, data, and AI, and a desire to drive business and digital transformations.

Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
