Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map the clients business processes based on their specific needs.
• Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather the information required for process definition.
• Draft technical and functional documentation that will serve as the basis for the development teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure that the implemented solutions are aligned with the specifications defined in collaboration with the business.
• Maintain coherence and ensure that all deliverables comply with the clients established methodological standards.

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, with proficiency in tools like BPMN, UML, and techniques like use case writing and user stories.
• Strong skills in storytelling and testing.
• Active working knowledge of French and Dutch, with good comprehension of English.

Commitment: The role requires a minimum of two days of on-site work per week at the Brussels office, with the flexibility to work remotely within Belgium.
