We are looking for a experienced Functional Analyst with expertise in business process modeling and system analysis to collaborate with program managers, project leaders, users, and stakeholders. The role involves defining functional specifications for IT systems, ensuring alignment with project needs, particularly within a legal context. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale projects and be proficient in documenting business processes using BPMN tools and structured documentation systems like Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product policy in collaboration with the domain lead.
• Serve as the reference point for the product, providing support to developers and users.
• Optimize product usage and collaborate with the technical manager to provide necessary tools.
• Maintain structured documentation of the product.
• Analyze and document business and functional requirements, proposing viable solutions.
• Gather necessary information and provide consultation for new application domains.
• Conduct data, process, and behavior analysis, generating detailed specifications and plans.
• Present findings to the project lead and development team.
• Suggest improvements to enhance quality, reduce timelines, and increase work efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in product ownership and supporting large-scale IT projects.
• Expertise in business process modeling using BPMN tools or similar.
• Proficiency in using structured documentation tools like Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business and functional needs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with developers, users, and stakeholders.
• Experience in legal or regulated environments is highly desirable.

Language Requirement:

• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
