We are looking for a Global Medical Head - Integrated Evidence Generation Capability & Excellence who is strategic, impact-driven and collaborative to join our Medical Affairs department, based in our offices in Brussels, Belgium.


About the role
You will be responsible for driving the development of capabilities for Integrated Evidence generation (IEG) to maximize efficiency and impact. You will also drive excellence for the company in integrated evidence generation, based on industry best practices and strong benchmarking by fostering innovative approaches to deliver impact in a purposeful and agile manner.


Who you’ll work with
You will report into the Global Medical Head of Integrated Evidence Generation and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate governance, guidance, tools, processes and to elevate integrated evidence generation competencies for maximum impact.


What you’ll do

• Drive the development and update of the IEG framework based on industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Nurture an agile and innovative spirit in IEG to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose IEG plans.
• Keep the team and key stakeholders up-to-date of external innovations that led to agile and impactful delivery of evidence to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a centralized view of all data generation activities across the lifecycle.
• In collaboration with IT, drive the digitalization of the IEG process, including a tracker to monitor timely impact and investigating AI-driven technologies.
• Drive IEG community excellence and engagement in collaboration with Learning and Development.
• Lead a team of IEG operational managers supporting the Asset Global Medical Heads of Evidence Generation with the operationalization of IEG.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following experience and skills

• Ph.D or M.D. in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience.
• Medical Affairs/Market Access experience at regional/global level.
• Demonstrated experience driving efficiency amd impact in IEG.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
