You will join our HR Operations team
As our new HR Operations Advisor, you will be part of the regional HR Operations team in Europe, who provide local guidance and support on all aspects related to the employment lifecycle of our colleagues, in collaboration with our global HR Operations team in Gurgaon, India. As we are growing in this region, we are now looking for a colleague to take ownership of establishing and maintaining local HR support for our colleagues together with an HR Business Partner. You will report to our Regional HR Operations Manager for Central Europe. You can work from one of several Ramboll offices in Europe and we provide flexible working arrangements with the possibility to work remotely. This is an exciting time to join a new team that focuses largely on the development of HR processes.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for local HR Coordinator tasks in Belgium:
- Supporting Global HR Operations as needed and work in close collaboration where both local and global input is required as well as supporting on all local HR Operations tasks on a daily basis.
- Ensuring monthly Payroll preparation in collaboration with external Payroll provider
- Answering questions from employees and managers in regards to HR operations and benefits as a daily business
- In close collaboration with the HR Business Partner:, keeping employment policies updated and the employees and managers informed and .operationalising global HR processes
- Collaborating with our global HR Operations team to ensure standard operating procedures are up to date and all standard HR processes run smoothly.
- Improving the way, we use our HR systems together in collaboration with the regional and global HR operations teams
- Supporting in projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Regional HR Advisor involvement (in other European countries):
- Being the anchor point between HR Operations and the local organisation, ensuring global HR operations processes are implemented where possible
- Collaborating with the global HRC team in the HR Service Centre, identifying process improvement opportunities and ensuring continued service delivery
- Close collaboration with the other global HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Talent Management, and the HR Business Partners responsible for supporting managers in Europe to identify collaboration opportunities and process improvements
- Supporting the HR Operations Manager in projects across other European countries to improve or implement general HR Operations processes

- Experience of working in an HR function
- Educational background, or relevant proven experience, within the field of human resources or related field
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English
- Experience in the Payroll field
- A good understanding of HR Processes and tools
- Interest and aptitude for working independently but with the support of an improvement focused team
- A structured approach to identifying needs for process improvements and suggesting solutions
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders in an international environment
- A friendly, service-minded approach to daily tasks
