Heidelberg Materials Benelux is currently looking for an
HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
to join the team at our site located in Lixhe.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment processes, ensure effective onboarding, and assist in identifying key talent and succession planning to meet future business needs.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Analyze HR metrics in partnership with line management & HR Controller to develop practical HR solutions and programs focused on employee performance, wellbeing, and alignment with business objectives.

Change Management: Lead and manage HR-related projects, including organizational changes, restructures, and mergers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees. - Employee Development: Identify learning and development needs, and work with the Learning & Development team to create programs that drive employee growth and retention.
- Compensation and Benefits: Provide input and recommendations on salary, benefits, and incentive structures to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
Your profile:
- You obtained Bachelor's Degree in HR, Economics, Business Engineering or similar by experience.
- You have a proven experience as an Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- You have a strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices in compensation, talent management, and employee relations.
- You have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- You have the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a collaborative manner.
- You have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
