Interim: Managing Director / Chief Restructuring Officer (m/f/x)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Northern Region. Collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with overall company strategy
- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and expand Damovo's customer base
- Drive sales and pricing initiatives and lead the development of tailored solutions to meet client needs with a cost-effective mindset
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Northern Region, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Support in restructuring the operation and implementation of short-term saving
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and stay ahead of market changes
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Services to drive synergies, optimize processes, and deliver seamless customer experiences. Collaborate with the workers council
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key performance metrics, business trends, and strategic initiatives as well as cost efficiencies. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving profitability
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English; Dutch and French
- Willingness to travel as required
