The expansion of the Central HR Department means we are now looking to recruit new International Mobility & Compensation Manager in Visé, Belgium and reporting to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

  • Can you develop and manage competitive compensation strategies?
  • Can you develop and manage international mobility policies?
  • Can you design and implement comprehensive benefits programs?
  • Can you ensure that all programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the various countries where KI is present ?
As International Mobility & Compensation Manager, you'd be responsible for the Center of Expertise which aims at designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees globally. This role will also oversee international mobility programs, ensuring seamless and compliant relocation and expatriate management.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Compensation Management:
    • Develop and manage competitive compensation strategies, including salary structures and incentive plans.
    • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
    • Oversee the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Benefits projects improvement for Belgium:
    • Design and implement comprehensive benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of employees across Belgium.
    • Best practices sharing
    • Manage relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
    • Monitor and evaluate benefits programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with company objectives and competitiveness and effectiveness.

  • International Mobility
    • Develop and manage international mobility policies and programs for the Division, including relocation, expatriate assignments, and repatriation processes.
    • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and labor laws in various jurisdictions.
    • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on international mobility issues, including cultural adaptation and relocation logistics.
  • Policy Development and Compliance:
    • Ensure all programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements in various countries.
    • Develop and maintain compensation, benefits, and international mobility policies and procedures.
    • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain the competitiveness and compliance of programs.
  • Employee Communication and Training:
    • Develop and implement communication strategies to educate managers and employees about compensation, benefits, and international mobility programs.
    • Provide training to HR teams and managers on programs, policies and processes.
    • Address employee inquiries and issues related to compensation, benefits, and international mobility programs.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis:
    • Conduct regular assessments of compensation, benefits, and international mobility programs to identify areas for improvement and align with business goals.
    • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of programs.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on compensation, benefits, and mobility trends and initiatives.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers, relocation services, tax experts and compensation consultants.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality services and cost efficiency.
    • Lead budget management for vendors portfolio (costs & invoices)
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Participate in fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Provide guidance and support to the Human Resources Community to ensure the successful execution of programs and initiatives.

What we’d love for you to have:
We are interested in you as a person; your attitude, behaviors and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you. The ideal candidate would have:
  • a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or Finance and Economics, Business Administration, or a related filed, (Master degree preferred)
  • an extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and international mobility within a multinational environment, demonstrating strategic vision and operational excellence
  • a minimum of 10 years of compensation, benefits, and international mobility experience within a multinational organization
  • a proven track record of managing compensation and international mobility complex international projects
  • a proficiency in legal and tax compliance & regulations for International Mobility
  • an experience working in leadership role withing a complex and manufacturing organization
  • an experience working with multi-cultural, diverse and global teams
  • to be fluent in English, if you are fluent in French and/or German, it would be an asset. Additional languages are a plus.
