Job Description
You are interested in Administration and you are looking for an internship in Belgium? Cool! BESIX is looking for motivated interns to join our Learning and Development team.
Example of tasks:
- Manage the administration of training programs, including participant registration, confirmations, and follow-up.
- Maintain and update the training database.
- Generate QR codes for training sessions.
- Enter session details and relevant information into the Metrilio system.
- Coordinate logistics for training events (Outlook calendar).
- Handle the training mailbox.
- Manage of training certificates.
Qualifications
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field;
- You are looking for an internship at our head office in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert;
- You are available immediately and your internship must last at least 3 months, full-time. Please specify your availability in your application;
- You are fluent in French and Dutch, with a good knowledge of English.
- You are a team player;
- You are organized and possess strong communication skills;
- You have an analytical mind, autonomy and rigor;
- You are flexible and adapt quickly when faced with challenges or problems.
