Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in Management, Law or Psychology in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: French (+ good knowledge of English)
Other requirements: Interest in DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – belonging to HR department) and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). Willing to work with people and human interest. Willing to learn and take up project management.
Expected start date: 2 September 2024
Duration: 3 months
Work arrangements: hybrid if needed (on site is preferred – telework is possible under certain conditions)
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?

• Discover DEI (HR) and EHS departments – discuss these topics with GSK management as well as employees.
  
• DEI: develop and implement the DEI polity within GSK.
  
• EHS: provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding health and safety at work and psychosocial risks.
