About the role:
In this HR Business Partner Internship at UBench, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with various departments to support our growing workforce. You will gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, HR tech and a lot more HR-topics. This internship position is perfect for a motivated individual eager to learn and grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and track their integration.
  • Help design and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct research and assist in developing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support HR activities related to performance management and employee relations.
  • Maintain HR records and assist in HR reporting.
  • Assist in daily office management tasks.
  • Review current HR-processes and initiate optimalizations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Eager to take up responsibilities and have an impact on the company.
  • Effective communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Period of internship can be discussed.
