Investor Asset Management Consultant

This job is part of the Investor Asset Management job function. They are responsible for strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative investment opportunities.
- Define and execute the business plan of the assigned assets under portfolio strategy.
- Manage cash flow distribution through tenant management, securing rent levels, and cash control.
- Optimize performance fees, manage cost reductions, and manage value growth through improving rental income and lowering the risk profile.
- Assist with developing marketing and property management strategies to increase the property's future value.
- Present basic asset management reports to clients. Review the performance of local property managers, in collaboration with the portfolio manager and implement efficiency initiatives.
- Manage the input for the property valuations process and verify the correctness of valuations.
- Work with the team to seek out new business opportunities. Continue to strengthen relationships with current clients.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
