• Manage the IT client and server infrastructure at Belden Olen, collaborating with colleagues to provide an optimal IT experience.
• Work with the Belden IT team to ensure our IT infrastructure meets the highest cybersecurity standards.
• Provide first and second-line user support for hardware and software issues (primarily Windows, but also Unix environments).
• Guide users to the escalation process within the Belden organization when needed.
• Collaborate with the Dev Ops team to align infrastructure requirements and implementation for the R&D department.
• Initiate orders or stock replenishment for client infrastructure and track IT budget vs consumption.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
• Characteristics: Proactive, assertive, enthusiastic, adaptable, and diplomatic.
• Communication: Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Stress Management: Ability to work under pressure.
• Eagerness to Learn: Motivated to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Location: Located within reasonable distance to Olen for on-site intervention.
