Junior Consultant Transfer Pricing (starting September 2025)

We are looking for a Junior Consultant with growth potential to join our Transfer Pricing consultancy team.

What will you be doing?:

At BDO, you will have the opportunity to assist Belgian and international companies in setting up transfer pricing documentation, during tax audits or when applying for rulings on transfer pricing.

Your job includes the following duties:

You will prepare for and attend meetings with our clients to improve your understanding of their business model, and then analyse whether their transfer pricing model is aligned with their business model. You can always call on our organisation’s (international) specialists in the various fields of taxation to help you with this;
You help determine the vision of the BDO Transfer Pricing team and participate actively in both internally and externally organised transfer pricing seminars;
You act as a specialist in one of the subfields of taxation within our organisation;
You report directly to the Tax & Legal Partners and Managers and contribute to the development of the Transfer Pricing department.

As a BDO tax consultant, you keep close track of all the latest tax news. Thanks to our BDO Academy, you can continue developing your professional knowledge, supplemented by external training opportunities.

What do you bring to the table?:

University degree; Master in Law or Economics with additional training in taxation
Knowledge of transfer pricing (planning, setting transfer prices, documentation, tax audits, OECD BEPS context, etc.) or several years of external audit experience
Relevant, broad understanding of taxation, particularly (international) corporate tax
Good interpersonal and communication skills; written and spoken fluency in Dutch, French and English
Strong, dynamic personality. You are willing to engage and prepared to become one of our office’s mainstays
You have good commercial awareness
Meticulous and quality-oriented
Proactive, enjoy taking initiative and responsibility
