Senior Consultant - Dynamics 365 Business Central

What will you be doing?:
- Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft 365 Business Central solutions for clients across various industries.
- Analyze client needs and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Conduct system assessments and provide ongoing support for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Train and mentor junior consultants and client teams on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft 365 Business Central and related technologies.
- Master degree in (business) engineering, business economics, or related field
- 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm
- Proven track record of delivering successful ERP projects in consulting environments OR experience in accounting and willing to learn ERP Implementations.
- Excellent communication skills in FR/EN Or NL/EN.
- Excellent problem-solving and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
