About the role
Main Responsibilities:
The tracking and analysis of the evolution of the market & customers, as well as the monitoring of competitors (strategy, agreement, action plan, organization and processes, new markets, innovations, products) are key responsibilities to formulate growth opportunities.
You will be asked to negotiate the annual agreements on prices and conditions and secure the commercial collaboration. Additionally, you will prepare and manage the budget and monitor payments in cooperation with customer service and accounting teams.
As Key Account Manager, it is crucial to ensure the perfect execution of all category and brand strategies at channel / customer level.
You will handle the operational management of the assigned customers and the monitoring of the evolution of sales volumes (weekly follow-up of the forecast, evaluate promotions effectiveness and the performances of the customer, design action plans).
You ensure efficient communication with the other departments (Customer Service, Trade marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, AFC) as you will be asked to present to different stakeholders at various levels and to participate in national management sales meetings.
Who we are looking for:
You have excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, as well as strong organization and planning capabilities. Your understanding of customer needs and your innovative mindset allow you to take initiatives.
As a real team player, you have very good interpersonal skills.
Finally, your knowledge of commercial and office software, proficiency in Excel & Power Point, as well as fluency in Dutch, French and English are key to facilitate your day-to-day work with internals clients and Distributors on the full scope Benelux.
Able to work one day per week in Breda (NL), one or 2 days per week in Brussels (BE), and visiting stores in both markets.
