About the role
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the Benelux market? As a Key Account Manager for New Business, you’ll drive the growth of our “Better for You” category (including brands like Fullfill and Eat Natural) by managing key distributor relationships. You’ll be involved in business planning, contract negotiations, and daily customer management to achieve commercial targets. Additionally, you’ll support the New Business Development Manager in defining sales strategies and developing accounts for a sustainable competitive edge.
Main Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, together with the Director of the Department, you will be responsible for the achievement of agreed annual financial budget and all customer related sales KPI’s for the designed customers.
The tracking and analysis of the evolution of the market & customers, as well as the monitoring of competitors (strategy, agreement, action plan, organization and processes, new markets, innovations, products) are key responsibilities to formulate growth opportunities.
You will be asked to negotiate the annual agreements on prices and conditions and secure the commercial collaboration. Additionally, you will prepare and manage the budget and monitor payments in cooperation with customer service and accounting teams.
As Key Account Manager, it is crucial to ensure the perfect execution of all category and brand strategies at channel / customer level.
You will handle the operational management of the assigned customers and the monitoring of the evolution of sales volumes (weekly follow-up of the forecast, evaluate promotions effectiveness and the performances of the customer, design action plans).
You ensure efficient communication with the other departments (Customer Service, Trade marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, AFC) as you will be asked to present to different stakeholders at various levels and to participate in national management sales meetings.

Who we are looking for:
o be successful in this role, you hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business or Marketing with minimum 3 years of experience in Sales as KAM within OOH or food services channel, or possibly as Category Manager in FMCG.
You have excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, as well as strong organization and planning capabilities. Your understanding of customer needs and your innovative mindset allow you to take initiatives.
As a real team player, you have very good interpersonal skills.
Finally, your knowledge of commercial and office software, proficiency in Excel & Power Point, as well as fluency in Dutch, French and English are key to facilitate your day-to-day work with internals clients and Distributors on the full scope Benelux.
Able to work one day per week in Breda (NL), one or 2 days per week in Brussels (BE), and visiting stores in both markets.
