• Advice and legal advice to the various departments and projects of Pluxee Pass Belgium and its editorial follow-up;
• Reviewing, negotiating and entering into contracts with our customers, suppliers and other third parties;
• Litigation management: in-house investigation of files and contact with the various law firms collaborating, given their areas of choice, with Pluxee Pass Belgium;
• Legal monitoring: study and analysis of the applicable legislation in order to anticipate the impacts on our activities and manage them in the best way;
• Corporate housekeeping: maintaining company documents and coordinating the preparation and follow-up of board meetings and their documentation.

• Master in Law - knowledge in “general” law (general rather than specialist lawyer)
• 5 -10 years of experience in a law firm and/or as a corporate lawyer
• Mastery of procurement procedures is a real asset
• Business orientation and problem-solver
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a multidisciplinary team

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
