Function
Based in our headquarters in Zaventem, you are responsible for managing the logistic flow of goods from suppliers up to the final clients for projects, in close cooperation with the Project Managers.
Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate the complete transport flow for worldwide main projects from suppliers up to the final client.
• Establish the necessary export and transport documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, custom documents ,…).
• Resolve delivery problems in collaboration with the Operations Department in a fast and pragmatic way (reminders, rush orders...).
• Act as the supplier interface to handle day-to-day activities with supplier in a fast and efficient way.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on deliveries, quality control, packing and shipping.
• Keep Project Managers and other departments informed on the status of deliveries.
• Inform forwarders and shipping companies about deliveries and delivery schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of purchasing and transport administration related directives, processes & procedures.

Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience, with a preference in a logistics field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an international logistics/shipping/transport environment.
• Team player with good communication skills (verbally as well as in writing).
• Ability to work with high autonomy and well organized.
• Continuous improvement mindset and keen on taking initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and documentary credits is an asset.
• Fluent knowledge of English, Dutch / French (any other language is an asset)
