Maintenance Manager
Under the direction of the KO GROUP Business Unit General Manager and the Head of Maintenance at Hadrena Group, you will work across KO GROUP sites. You will also be called upon to support the maintenance needs of the group’s various brands.
You will:

• Manage and monitor maintenance contracts for each facility.
• Perform troubleshooting and site maintenance tasks.
• Develop annual preventive and corrective maintenance budgets for each facility, as well as manage financial tracking.
• Approve estimates and invoices from contractors for each facility.
• Manage and monitor energy consumption across the property portfolio.
• Oversee and track requests via the BOB DESK.
• Update and expand the list of contractors in the BOB DESK CMMS.
• Conduct preventive and corrective site audits.
• Establish an annual intervention schedule for periodic contractor visits to each facility.
• Verify the resolution of issues raised by the inspection office.
• Provide insurance documents to the control office for the insurance certificates of each facility.
• Prepare safety committee meetings.
• Attend safety committee meetings.
• Carry out light renovation work on existing facilities.

With an advanced technical degree, you bring over five years of experience in building maintenance with solid technical expertise in areas such as SSI, HVAC, and high/low voltage systems, ideally developed in similar properties or in contexts with high security and hygiene demands. You are knowledgeable about regulations and valued for your ability to manage both direct teams and external contractors. Above all, you:

This permanent role is available immediately and is based in Belgium, Brussels area. Regular regional travel is required; a Class B driving license is necessary.
