Currently we are looking for a Manager Commercial Strategy & Pricing to join our team in Belgium.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage projects, coordinate multiple commercial strategy & pricing related engagements and motivate your team to work together on common tasks;
As a manager you will have a leading role in the development and execution of commercial strategy & pricing engagements;
Develop, plan, lead and implement pricing strategies;
Promote the professional and personal development of your team members;
Developing and managing pricing models and analytical tools for our clients;
Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;
Conducting market research and competitive analyses;
Contribute to business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and by participating in client discussions.

Your Profile

You have:

At least 5 years of professional experience in business or strategy consulting, restructuring or profound experience in the transformation of business functions for corporates;
Understanding of practices and principles of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research and analysis;
In case you currently work in a corporate environment, such as corporate development or corporate M&A, you ideally also have gained consulting experience before;
Master degree in civil, bio, industrial or business engineering or economics;
An MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a precise way of working;
Experience with managing complex business projects, such as carve-outs, post merger integration projects, corporate transformation projects or value creation projects;
Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams;
Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching);
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English supplemented with Dutch or French;
Motivated to go the extra mile to help build and develop a consulting business that was introduced in Belgium not so long ago.
