Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for partnerships and expanding business networks? As Market Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and supporting new and existing suppliers for our Industry teams. You will be the connecting link between our industries the supplier marketing teams to develop together campaigns to promote our cooperations, portfolios etc., responsible for fostering valuable partnerships and creating and leading our marketing initiatives. Main focus is to work closely with our various industry teams to help and support with creating value-proposition content to attract new supplier. All this has a strong focus on collaboration and effective communication, you’ll play a vital role to active support Manuchar’s journey to enter new markets and increase their visibility.
What do you need to be successful?
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or partnership management within chemical distribution. You have a strong affinity for B2B marketing and know what it takes to successfully position a product in the market.
- You excel at networking and relationship management, and you can communicate complex ideas clearly and convincingly, both internally and externally. You are fluent in English, and additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a plus.
- You are familiar with digital marketing tools and campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event promotion.
- You have experience in organizing events such as trade shows and webinars is an advantage. You know how to coordinate projects from concept to execution and can adapt quickly when needed.
- You are goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and can measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- You take initiative, are hands-on, and are committed to achieving measurable results for our partners and customers.
