The Marketing Manager develops and implements marketing strategies and manages agency relationships to create compelling marketing material across all channels (both online and offline) in line with the brand standards of Rocco Forte Hotels and with a focus on digital media delivery. He/she also manages all content creation across these channels including photoshoots, video shoots, reels, stories etc..

Your responsibilities:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and your key responsibilities will include:

Support the development and execute the implementation of the Marketing strategy for the hotel (including online and offline marketing strategies such as Social Media, SEO, Print etc).
Increase the brand awareness and drive revenue generation across the key channels for the Hotel Amigo trough creative asset and content management in key channels with a clear focus on digital media
Manage the CRM strategy and delivery of the Hotel Amigo in cooperation with the Regional Head office of Rocco Forte
Manage on how the hotel and Rocco Forte brand is portrayed across all relevant channels, ensuring our vision is clearly communicated throughout and protect the brand identity
Manage photo- and video shoots as the hotel
Manage international and national influencer visits
Work closely with the hotel team (particularly the PR Team and the F&B Team) as well as the Marketing Teams at the head office to ensure appropriate communication streams are established
Continuously thrive to find new marketing opportunities to promote the hotel

What we expect from you:
As the public face and representative of a five-star hotel, you will be warm, approachable and impeccably presented.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of a (hotel) luxury brand, outstanding communication skills, excellent written and spoken French and English, a creative mind, and excellent attention to detail and is highly motivated to work in a team of dedicated and passionate professionals.
As a confident and outgoing individual, you will be able to demonstrate strong creativity and a true passion for your profession.
A relevant degree in this field is also of benefit and a minimum of two years’ experience in the field of Marketing in a previous luxury (hotel) is desirable.
