The Marketing Specialist Poultry is an integral part of our Marketing team based out of our Belgium - Wavre site.
Position Details
With Phibro’s recent purchase of Zoetis’ Medicated Feed Additive (MFA) product line, and in addition to several new Phibro Medicated Feed Additive (MFA), Nutritional Feed Additive (NFA) and Veterinary Medicinal poultry product launches planned for coming year – Phibro is in the process of greatly expanding its commercial teams in Western Europe.
The Marketing Specialist, Europe Poultry and Swine will play a key role to articulate global strategy and brand positioning by partnering closely with the Poultry Technical Director, the Commercial organisation in Europe and our Global Marketing Team.
REPORT TO
Commercial Director, Europe Poultry and Swine.
- Articulate global strategy and brand positioning into regional initiatives in partnership with the Poultry Technical director.
- Lead the organization and distribution of the technical and marketing materials.
- Manage marketing agency initiatives to localize materials.
- Lead promotional materials corporate processes to create a best-in-class organization.
- Preparation and execution of customer events.
- Foster a shared learning environment based on best practices and continuous training to the commercial organization.
- Comply with Phibro’s policies and lead with high level of integrity.
- Other duties as may be assigned based on business needs.
- Preferred Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional or other or other relevant animal science/marketing degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in animal health marketing. Poultry experience preferred.
- Able to effectively communicate in English across the organization.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
- Strong work ethic & flexibility to work across differing time zones.
- Well organised and structured.
- Able to influence & present technical ideas to various stakeholders (internal & external).
- Attention to detail and process oriented.
- Ability to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities.
- Teamwork mindset to cooperate with European and global colleagues.
