Online Community Officer

We are seeking a creative and strategic Online Community Officer to join our team and elevate our online presence.
Key responsibilities as a Online Community Officer at DIGI Belgium
- Monitor social media platforms: Regularly monitor platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others for questions, comments, and community feedback.
- Engage with the community: Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive interaction and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Moderate discussions: Ensure that conversations in public forums are productive, respectful, and align with the brand’s tone and values.
- Identify trends and FAQs: Track recurring questions or concerns and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and optimize customer experience.
- Create and schedule engaging content: Work alongside the social media and marketing teams to create content that sparks conversations and keeps the community active.
- Report on community metrics: Regularly report on engagement, feedback, and trends to optimize community interactions and inform strategy.
- Support campaigns: Assist with social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional events by engaging with the community and answering questions related to the campaigns.
- Crisis management: Address negative feedback or issues promptly and escalate them as necessary to protect the brand's reputation.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Dutch, English and French is mandatory
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) and their best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools for tracking engagement and growth.
- Ability to maintain a positive and engaging brand voice.
- Empathy and the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
- Full-time contract
