Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager Mobile at DIGI Belgium

• 
  Owner/Accountable for all information and data quality in the project tracker.

• Following and improving the processes needed and insuring proper integration into the Project

• Ensuring useful data is collected it the BTP Database and Share Drives

• Pushing the customer and its subcontractors for deliverables, dates and updates on their progress

on Replacements, New sites and moves.

• Leading the due diligence for Proximus, Voo, and over 500 Orange sites.

• Conducted Risk Assessments: Leading comprehensive risk assessments by identifying potential risks, evaluating

their impact and likelihood, and prioritizing them based on severity. Developed and implemented mitigation
strategies, continuously monitored risk factors, and updated the risk register. Effectively communicated findings
and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring proactive management and control of risks.

• Testing: As Test Analyst/software tester, excels in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and cases

to ensure the data base quality. identify and documenting defects, utilizing test automation tools to enhance
testing efficiency, and troubleshooting complex issues. Responsible for creating and executing test scenarios to
verify database integrity, performance, and security

INTERVENTION :

• Schedule engineer site visits (KO or TR) with clients
• Participate in visits (KO or TR)
• Agile methodology, participation in the weekly and monthly Meeting
• SEND PLANS FOR APPROVAL or approve them self
• check important documents
• process monitoring
• Participation in the acquisition projects of Proximus and VOO sites
• The backup of the project manager.
• BTP’s customers and its subcontractors contact person
• Elaboration of Test plan
• Elaboration of Test cases according to the functional specifications
• Manual testing and automated testing
• Execution of the test cases in Jira
• Execution of regression testing (automation testing)
• Identification of bugs, creation of a detailed incidents
• Automation of test scripts (Selenium IDE)
• Automation of test script with robot framework
• Documentation of anomalies (Jira)
• Agile methodology, participation in the Daily Scrum Meeting
• Languages: C2 knowledge of Dutch and/or French, and C1 knowledge of English is required
