As the Commercial management assistant, you are a key go-to person for all people in our commercial team but also making the bridge with other teams in the company. Your broad and varied range of tasks looks as follows:

As the Commercial management assistant, you are a key go-to person for all people in our commercial team but also making the bridge with other teams in the company. Your broad and varied range of tasks looks as follows:
- Providing broad administrative support to the management team, such as monitoring various files and projects
- Planning the agendas of the Commercial Director and if needed for other managers
- Contacting various stakeholders
- Organizing business trips, training sessions, …
- Managing both larger and smaller internal events
- Being the management support of our inside sales manager (50% of your time)
Must Haves Qualities & Talents:
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (both written and spoken).
- Has excellent organizational and communication skills
- Can handle confidential information
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude
