As the Commercial management assistant, you are a key go-to person for all people in our commercial team but also making the bridge with other teams in the company. Your broad and varied range of tasks looks as follows:

• Providing broad administrative support to the management team, such as monitoring various files and projects
• Planning the agendas of the Commercial Director and if needed for other managers
• Contacting various stakeholders
• Organizing business trips, training sessions, …
• Managing both larger and smaller internal events
• Being the management support of our inside sales manager (50% of your time)

Job requirements
Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (both written and spoken).
• Has excellent organizational and communication skills
• Can handle confidential information
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude
